Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase via USPS. Please allow 10-15 business days to ship out MADE TO ORDER items at the time of purchase via USPS.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. If you have any trouble locating your tracking number, feel free to contact us at simplybypenny@gmail.com

Simply by Penny is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

If you never received your package and it says it was delivered, unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.
